How do I make a Further Submission on the Errata to Summary of Decisions Requested?

The District Councils have given notice of an Errata to the Summary of Decision Requested and call for further submissions on the submission points in this Errata. Further submissions on the Errata close at 5.00pm on Wednesday 29 May 2024.

The Errata contains the omitted submission points and corrections to summarised submission points.
This notification only applies to submission points identified in this Errata. Further submissions are limited to matters in support of or in opposition to a matter raised in the Errata table.

To make a further submission on the Errata, review the Errata document and identify which original submissions you want to provide a further submission on.

A further submission must include the information set out in Form 6, Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003.

Further submissions can be made using one of the following options:

• Complete an online submission form here; or
• Download a pdf of the Further Submission Form here; or
• Pick up a hard copy Further Submission Form from Council offices or libraries and:
  
  • Email the completed form to submissions@wairarapaplan.co.nz
  • Post the form to Planning Team, Masterton District Council, PO Box 444, Masterton
  • Deliver the form to Planning Team, Masterton District Council, 161 Queen Street, Masterton.
• A copy of your further submission must be served on the original submitter within 5 working days after it is sent to the Masterton, Carterton and South Wairarapa District Councils. Contact details for all submitters can be found within the submitter list.
