How do I make a Further Submission?

Review the Summary of Decisions Requested documents and identify which original submissions you want to provide a further submission on.

A further submission must include the information set out in Form 6, Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003.

Further submissions can be made using one of the following options:

• Complete an online submission form here; or
• Download a pdf of the Further Submission Form here; or
• Pick up a hard copy Further Submission Form from Council offices or libraries and:
  
  • Email the completed form to submissions@wairarapaplan.co.nz
  • Post the form to Planning Team, Masterton District Council, PO Box 444, Masterton
  • Deliver the form to Planning Team, Masterton District Council, 161 Queen Street, Masterton.
• A copy of your further submission must be served on the original submitter within 5 working days after it is sent to the Masterton, Carterton and South Wairarapa District Councils. Contact details for all submitters can be found within the submitter list.

The closing date for further submissions is 5:00pm, Tuesday 23 April 2024.
